JAG Architects was founded in 1982 with a strong commitment toward serving our clients' needs by design excellence. With offices located in both Northern and Southern California we offer a full range of architectural services including: construction documents, urban planning, historic preservation, and interior design. We have extensive experience in residential, retail, and corporate institutions and have completed projects for major corporations, federal agencies, developers, universities and individuals alike.

Our Staff has a unique take on sustainability. We focus on the re-purposing of existing buildings, as a means of utilizing community resources and preserving our historic structures. Some of these projects include theatres and artist live/work spaces. Our projects are never designed in a vacuum and draw on the context of each individual project. We take into account the needs of each client, their budget and site's environment. Then our design ideas are combined into one coherent solution with clarity of design intent.
