A hilltop residence constructed in 1941, the Bell House was John Lautner’s second residential design after his tenure with mentor Frank Lloyd Wright. The house retains a “Wrightian” quality, yet marks Lautner’s first steps in developing his own unique style. As rehabilitation architect for the Bell House, JAG Architects restored |

Work included the addition of a new master bath, re-design of the exterior landscaping, as well as a second story master suite addition, designed by Lautner, in collaboration with John Ash, prior to Lautner’s death.
