The Eureka Pier project is a mixed-use building with two adjoining wings. The project is located on the city's new boardwalk off of Humboldt Bay.

The two wings have retail and restaurants on the ground floor, high-end condominiums on the second and third floors, and office space on the second floor of the west wing.

The building overlooks a new boardwalk and adjacent marina on the waterfront. The gross building area is approximately 60,000 square feet.
