Linoleum City is one of the largest flooring retailers in Southern California.  After 60 years in business they asked JAG Architects to help them relocate. 

The design had to both fit the contemporary image of the business and the client's budget.  The challenge was to create something sensitive to the scale 

of the surrounding neighborhood. The building's program includes corporate offices, a design library and adequate space for warehouse storage.
