Built in the Craftsman style, this 6,000 square foot residence has undergone numerous renovations requiring a careful attention to detail.  The challenge for JAG was to maintain the historical integrity of the house while judiciously introducing contemporary design elements.

The work includes the renovation of an existing third floor attic, adding a window to match the existing openings. This allowed the space to become usable as a hobby room. We remodled the existing kitchen, breakfast nook, and expanded the covered patio.

Contemporary elements include a new concrete patio with a glass  wind block and a new steel stair for third floor access. A reflecting pond was added for a unique water feature, allowing movement and treanquility into the space.
